From Bondex, we're looking for a Account Executive for a trailblazer in the Web3 and blockchain industry.

As an Account Executive, you will spearhead the identification and negotiation of strategic partnerships with leading Web3 companies. Your efforts will be crucial in expanding our client’s business development initiatives.

Main responsibilities as Account Executive:
  • Engage with decision-makers at consumer-focused Web3 companies to explore and close partnership opportunities.
  • Lead sales calls and negotiate terms for high-value deals.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to invoicing, ensuring successful campaign launches.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Business Development to enhance the product roadmap based on client feedback.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of digital sales experience (preferably in Adtech or media) with a strong record of exceeding targets.
  • Proven ability to negotiate high-value deals (>$20,000).
  • Familiarity with media advertising or sponsored partnerships is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of the Web3 landscape and emerging trends.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in pursuing opportunities.
