Job summary

Peaple Talent Ltd is seeking an experienced Web Engineering Lead to provide technical leadership across a customer-facing web platform and related services. This hands-on leadership role focuses on architecture, engineering quality and reliability of digital services.

You will set standards, guide internal teams and external partners, and drive CI/CD, security and release governance while shaping scalable platform architecture and cloud security across AWS.

Qualifications

• Experience leading development of large-scale, customer-facing web platforms.
• Experience with APIs, microservices and headless content management systems.
• Strong experience with AWS and production cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of engineering standards, DevSecOps and release governance.
• Ability to influence technical teams, third-party partners and senior stakeholders.
