The Role:

As the Software Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of engineers responsible for developing and enhancing a strategic data platform that underpins key business operations across front, middle and back‑office functions.

Working closely with product managers, architects and business stakeholders, you'll help define technical direction, improve engineering standards and ensure the successful delivery of modern, scalable technology solutions.

Highly Desirable Experience

• Financial services, asset management, banking or other regulated industries.
• Databricks, Data Factory or broader Azure data services.

• Exposure to React or modern front‑end technologies.
