Source Group International is seeking a Software Engineering Lead to spearhead the design, delivery, and technical direction of enterprise applications in a London-based, permanent role.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable software, mentor engineers, and drive cloud, data, and platform initiatives while championing automation and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading software engineering teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong track record delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
• Experience managing end-to-end software delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving engineering excellence.
• Agile delivery experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Software architecture and design patterns
• Automated testing and quality engineering
• Data integration, APIs, and enterprise platforms
• Secure software development practices
