Job summary

KnoWho is looking for a Web Developer in Stoke-on-Trent to join their digital agency.

You will work on a mix of custom WordPress and Laravel projects, with scope for upskilling and training as needed. The team is small, currently two developers, and office-based with development across varied client sites.

Qualifications

• At least 18 months of commercial web development experience.
• Proficient in PHP and modern front-end approaches.
• Experience with WordPress or Laravel development is required.
• Familiarity with WooCommerce, VueJS and ReactJS beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom WordPress or Laravel sites for clients.
• Collaborate with a small team to deliver reliable, scalable websites.
• Contribute to frontend and backend tasks, including maintenance and new features.

Job description

An established Digital Agency are looking for a Web Developer due to increased workload.

They build a mixture of custom WordPress and Laravel websites and are quite flexible in terms of the level and breadth of experience applicants have.

To be considered you'll need:

• At least 18 months commercial experience
• PHP
• Experience with either custom WordPress development or Laravel

You'll be joining a team of 2 experienced Developers, working on a range of different clients, varying size and complexity of websites, with brand new development and not just maintenance and bug fixes.

As mentioned they are happy to consider all levels and ranges of experience for the right person. Where needed full upskilling and training will be provided.

Salary £28-43K, mainly office based in Stoke-on-Trent.
