Are you the one to help us with web design, including creating designs, design concepts, and web assets for GrowthRocks and our international clients? We’re looking for an aspiring web designer to help us create awesome web designs, banners, and creative work for GrowthRocks and our clients.

Depending on your skills and interests, you might be:

1. Assisting in the production of high-quality and innovative websites
2. Assisting in the production of high-quality banners and ads for major brands worldwide
3. Assisting in creating swag for GrowthRocks and customers in various formats (from stickers to souvenirs)
4. Implementing creative ideas that drive growth

Our Requirements

• You have an understanding of UI/UX/Web Design and a passion for digital and interactive media
• You can produce high-quality design work that inspires, work across various projects, and bring fresh perspectives alongside the creative team

Additionally, you should have experience in at least two of the following:

• Digital design experience with an understanding of content, visual design, UI, technology, and user experience
• Strong aesthetic sense for prestige brands
• Ability to translate marketing objectives into creative output
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
• Basic understanding of HTML and browser capabilities in mobile and desktop environments
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with effective communication and collaboration skills
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Openness to learning new platforms like video editing
