The Web Delivery Coordinator ensures the seamless integration of content strategy with technical execution, maintaining efficient web content delivery at a specialized level.

Landscape:

Within the Web Operations team, this role is crucial for the operational and technical success of web projects. It requires excellent communication skills and technical understanding, bridging content requests with the technical team. While not managing a team directly, the Coordinator orchestrates communication and workflow across different functions, emphasizing technical aspects.

The Web Operations Team collaborates with the Marketing Propositions & Delivery team, Marketing Operations, and the Customer Training & Events team.

Activities:

1. Content Management and Technical Request Triage:
2. Manage, prioritize, and understand the technical details of content requests.
3. Triages and allocates tasks focusing on technical feasibility and execution.
4. Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders, managing expectations and communicating project timelines.

Collaboration and Workflow Facilitation:

1. Work with web developers and content creators.
2. Ensure smooth workflow for timely web project delivery.

Quality and Compliance:

1. Monitor content quality and adherence to specifications.
