Job summary

Level Zero Health is seeking a mechanically focused engineer to lead the design of wearable device components, including injection-moulded plastics, ensuring manufacturability from concept through production release.

You'll perform tolerance analysis, create 3D CAD models and engineering drawings, and work closely with electronics, quality, and manufacturing teams to verify and validate designs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering with 2–4 years industry experience.
• Experience designing products with user-centered focus.
• Experience with pump systems, valves or fluid handling assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Own mechanical design of plastic components for wearable device and pump system, from concept to production release.
• Create high-quality 3D CAD models, assemblies, and engineering drawings to manufacturing standards.
• Perform tolerance analysis and stack-ups to ensure manufacturability and performance.
