Job summary

MBDA is seeking an Algorithms Engineer in the Weapons Systems Algorithms & Performance (WSAP) team in Stevenage. You will help deliver critical algorithm components across MBDA programmes, working on system-level support, architecture, performance modelling and early concepting.

Degree required with strong engineering/science background and a collaborative, innovative mindset. You will join a team of engineers and scientists delivering cutting-edge algorithms and performance analysis.

Qualifications

• Degree required: 2:2 or above in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or Computer Science.

Responsibilities

• Develops cutting‑edge algorithms and evaluates performance of products at system level.
• Provides specialist technical support to MBDA project teams to ensure delivery on time, cost and quality.
• Contributes to weapon system architecture, performance modelling and early concepting.
