Job summary

Schroders is launching a two-year Wealth Trainee Programme based in Birmingham as part of our Wealth Management - Cazenove teams. You will work closely with clients and experienced professionals to learn investments, financial planning, and client relationship management in a dynamic, client‑facing environment.

You should be a recent graduate, analytical, proactive and eager to build lasting client relationships, with strong communication skills and a growth mindset.
