Job summary

Schroders is launching a two-year Wealth Trainee Programme based in Leeds, designed to develop the fundamentals of wealth management across award-winning teams at Cazenove. You will gain hands-on experience in investments, financial planning, and client relationship management while based in our Private Client teams.

Candidates should be graduates due to 2027 or recently graduated, with an honours degree, strong numerical and communication skills, and an interest in AI and emerging technologies

Qualifications

• Due to graduate in 2027 or recently graduated for Wealth Trainee
• Honours degree (or equivalent) required
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Understanding of target audiences is important
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies to support client service

Responsibilities

• Gain broad experience across Wealth Management teams.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop financial solutions.
• Develop understanding of investments, financial planning and client relationship management.
