Job summary

Revolut in the United Kingdom is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to advise, challenge, and oversee compliance risks across investing and trading products. You will help enable responsible innovation while meeting global regulatory expectations.

You\'ll review new product launches for regulatory impact, design controls across trading and wealth operations, and collaborate with Trading, Product, Legal, and Risk to stay ahead of developments in investments, securities and crypto.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, market conduct, brokerage, or trading oversight.
• Knowledge of investment products, trading platforms, and related regulations.
• The ability to challenge and guide Product teams with clarity and pragmatism.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review new investment/trading product launches for regulatory compliance
• Designing and enhancing controls across trading, brokerage, and wealth operations
• Conducting deep-dive reviews on market conduct, suitability, appropriateness, disclosures, etc.
• Supporting regulatory examinations, audits, and governance processes
• Working closely with Trading, Product, Legal, and Risk stakeholders
• Monitoring regulatory developments in investments, securities, and crypto
