Cooper Parry Wealth is seeking a passionate Financial Planning Trainee to join our collaborative team. This full‑time role is ideal for someone starting their financial planning career, eager to learn, and committed to gaining practical experience while working toward the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

You will join a supportive environment that values learning, teamwork and client service, with an assessment centre planned at our East Midlands office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 A Levels or equivalent with BBC grades.
• Interest in financial planning and helping clients.
• Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and pursue Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage client data and information, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
• Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams.
• Administer onboarding of new clients and servicing existing ones.
• Assist in preparing, coordinating and following up for client meetings.
• Balance a varied workload and deliver excellent client experience.
