Cooper Parry Wealth is seeking a motivated Financial Planning Graduate to join our collaborative team. This role offers hands-on learning and support toward the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, helping you build a foundation for a long-term career in wealth management.

Successful candidates will join an assessment centre at our East Midlands offi ce on 9th December to meet the team and showcase potential. We value curiosity, teamwork, and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Be committed and have amazing project management skills to balance studies and the day job.
• Need to be good communicators to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Great attention to detail and ability to follow processes to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Minimum academic requirements: 3 A Levels (BBC) with at least one in numerical or business-related subjects and a degree.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for our client’s data and information, ensuring accuracy and readiness to deliver a fantastic service.
• Regularly communicate with clients and internal teams.
• Administer engagement of new clients and servicing of existing clients.
• Help the team prepare, coordinate and follow up for client meetings.
• Successfully manage a varied workload and ensure a brilliant client experience.
