Ellis James Partners in London is seeking an Associate Wealth Manager to join a structured adviser development programme. You will work with experienced Wealth Managers, attending meetings, supporting technical planning and building the knowledge to progress into an advisory role.

The 18-month pathway offers mentoring, exam support, and exposure to high-quality clients as you work toward becoming a Chartered Financial Planner within a collaborative, hybrid-working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience within a wealth management/financial planning environment.
• Minimum of 2 RO exams (or equivalent).
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confident communicator with a professional approach.
• Motivated, proactive, and keen to progress into an advisory role.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings alongside Wealth Managers.
• Manage client servicing and follow-up actions.
• Prepare technical calculations, cashflow models and planning reports.
• Conduct investment research and analysis.
• Respond to client queries.
• Identify opportunities within existing client relationships.
• Support advisers throughout the end-to-end planning process.
