Qualifications

• Must hold regulatory qualification at QCF Level 4 (Diploma in Financial Planning).
• Commitment to achieving Chartered Financial Planner status.
• Paraplanning experience in financial services.
• Technical knowledge of financial planning processes, products, and pensions.
• Regulatory knowledge and understanding of compliance requirements.
• Ability to articulate and agree fees with clients.

Responsibilities

• Support Chartered Financial Planners in delivering holistic financial planning advice.
• Undertake financial planning research and cashflow modelling.
• Assist with recommendations, reviews and ongoing client servicing.
• Support onboarding, fact finds, documentation and engagement letters.
• Build relationships with clients and attend meetings to grow exposure.
• Assist with proposals, fee discussions and engagement management.
• Collaborate with advisers and service teams to ensure a high-quality client experience.
• Ensure regulatory, compliance and quality standards are met.
