Rathbones is a leading UK wealth manager seeking a Financial Planning professional in Bournemouth. You will develop new business, manage client relationships, and lead external introducer collaborations while maintaining high standards of advice and service.

The role focuses on delivering compliant, high-quality financial planning and evolving client relationships within a hybrid office environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering a Financial Planning service with up-to-date knowledge.
• Qualified at Level 6 as a Chartered Financial Planner.
• Proven track record building relationships with introducers internal or external.
• Commercially aware whilst observing regulatory and competence requirements.
• Able to influence, motivate and analyse; highly organised with great time management and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to growth by providing compliant advice and supporting marketing initiatives.
• Deliver excellent client service with appropriate service recommendations and fair charging.
• Manage risk through records, compliance, and ongoing reviews of client arrangements.
• Ensure annual review services are delivered consistently and reliably.
