The role emphasizes strong technical expertise, relationship-building, and the ability to grow the client portfolio while maintaining compliance and a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering a Financial Planning service with up-to-date investment knowledge.
• CII Level 6, Chartered Financial Planner or CISI credential.
• Regularly updates knowledge through reading, events or company briefs.
• Proven track record with introducers internal or external.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality financial planning and strong client advice.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
• Build relationships with Investment Managers and specialists.
• Lead regular reviews and ensure compliant, well-documented recommendations.
• Contribute to business growth through client advocacy and networking.
