Join one of the UK’s most respected private banks as a Wealth Planning Administrator, supporting a team of experienced Wealth Planners in delivering a high-quality, client-focused service.

Based in the bank’s Nottingham office, this role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in wealth management and financial planning. You’ll play a vital part in helping high-net-worth clients manage and grow their wealth.

Key Responsibilities of the Wealth Planning Administrator to include:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Wealth Planners and Relationship Managers
  • Prepare and process client documentation and reports
  • Manage client onboarding and maintain accurate records in line with compliance standards
  • Liaise with clients, product providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Assist in the preparation of suitability reports and client review packs
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements

Requirements for the successful Wealth Planning Administrator to include:

  • Previous experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a private banking environment
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of financial planning processes, platforms, and products
  • Progress toward or interest in financial services qualifications (e.g., CII or CISI) is an advantage
