Job summary

Titan Wealth Holdings Limited is seeking an experienced IFA administration professional to support financial advisers at Titan Wealth Planning. The role is hybrid, based in Harrogate, and requires at least 12 months of IFA admin experience, with strong regulatory awareness and clear communication skills.

You will manage client data in IO, handle provider communications, and support meeting packs and client valuations. A proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months IFA administration experience.
• Regulatory or financial industry experience desirable.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client reviews and ensure client/plan information is up to date in IO.
• Request and chase plan information from providers; upload to IO.
• Update contributions/withdrawals and fund balances in IO.
• Validate funds and ensure accurate plan valuations.
• Compile client valuation reports and meeting packs.
• Liaise with Advisers, Paraplanners and Client Support to deliver excellent service.
• Handle day-to-day telephone and email enquiries from clients/providers.
