Wealth Management is a relationship-based service where you’ll create connections with customers and colleagues. As a Wealth Manager, you'll have access to an impressive portfolio of wealth customers, growth potential, career progression, and an opportunity to bring your authentic self to a team that values making connections and building relationships. You’ll support every aspect of a customer’s financial life, helping them grow, manage, and preserve their wealth, and providing professional service in a complex world.

In this role, you will:

  1. Manage and support a portfolio of high-value premier customers
  2. Act as a trusted adviser, providing holistic financial advice and supporting customers through key life events such as investing for the future, saving for a home, planning for retirement, or protecting their family
  3. Conduct in-depth reviews to identify personal and financial needs, delivering tailored wealth management and financial planning services
  4. Advise on a full range of products and services, including those from external partners
  5. Deliver needs-based solutions through effective communication and influencing
  6. Continuously monitor and gather information to assess impacts, risks, and opportunities for the business

What you’ll give us:
  • Relevant Level 4 qualifications (e.g., Dip CII, CISI, or equivalent QCF RDR level 4) and current Statement of Professional Standing
  • CAS status is desired
  • Experience providing holistic financial advice across a range of products and services
  • Previous roles as a Wealth Adviser, IFA, Financial Planning Manager, or similar
  • Experience in retail banking, relationship management, or front office environments
