Job summary

RBC Brewin Dolphin in Bath, Bristol or Cheltenham seeks a Wealth Manager focused on financial planning to lead and grow a base of high-net-worth clients. This permanent, full-time role requires four days in the office and offers a collaborative, client-centric environment.

You will deliver tailored financial strategies, build lasting relationships, and contribute to revenue growth while upholding the RBC values and service standards across the West of England.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 4 CII/CISI certification (with FP & Advice paper) at minimum, with progress toward Level 6 or Chartered Wealth Manager preferred.
• Demonstrated track record as Wealth Manager/Financial Planner handling complex advice areas (tax, estate planning).
• Exceptional communication, market insight and trust-building abilities to become clients’ go-to advisor.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting partnerships with high-net-worth individuals and families to deliver holistic wealth solutions with an excellent support team.
• Drive growth by expanding the client base through networking, referrals and business development initiatives to meet revenue targets.
• Articulate the RBC proposition, including investments, trust and lending solutions, with confidence and clarity for seamless advice.
• Utilize digital tools and processes to enhance efficiency, client adoption and scalable growth.
