Job summary

RBC Brewin Dolphin in Exeter seeks a Wealth Manager to lead client relationships in the South West, delivering tailored financial planning and investment solutions. You will expand the client base and strengthen existing relationships while upholding thebank’s high standards of service.

You will work with a collaborative team, using digital tools to streamline processes and drive revenue growth, with a focus on fiduciary guidance and holistic wealth management for clients.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 4 CII/CISI certification; progress toward Level 6 CISI or Chartered Wealth Manager preferred.
• Proven track record as Wealth Manager/Financial Planner with integrity and precision.
• Exceptional communication, market insight and trust-building to become clients’ go-to advisor.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting partnerships with high-net-worth clients and families, delivering holistic wealth solutions with an excellent support team.
• Drive growth through strategic networking, referrals and business development to meet revenue targets.
• Articulate RBC's services—from investments to trust and lending—with confidence and clarity for seamless client advice.
• Leverage digital tools and process innovations to improve efficiency, client adoption, and scalable growth.
