Job summary

IDEX Consulting Ltd. Nottingham seeks a Wealth Manager to inherit momentum in an established team serving HNW and UHNW clients.

You will deliver bespoke wealth management solutions, build long-term client relationships, and grow assets under management from day one. You will collaborate with specialists across investments, financial planning and lending, identifying opportunities to expand client relationships and outcomes while upholding FCA standards and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in private banking, wealth management or financial advice.
• Strong track record with affluent, HNW or UHNW clients.
• CISI Level 6 PCIAM or Level 7 CWM qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with HNW and UHNW clients.
• Understand clients' financial goals, risk appetite and circumstances to provide tailored advice.
• Conduct regular client reviews and ensure portfolios align with objectives.
• Develop new business through referrals, professional networks and introducer relationships.
• Grow assets under management and contribute to the office's wider commercial success.
• Work with investment, lending and planning specialists to deliver integrated wealth solutions.
• Deliver exceptional client service through proactive communication and ongoing relationship management.
• Ensure all advice complies with FCA regulations and internal governance.
• Maintain accurate client records and complete suitability and regulatory documentation.
