Job summary

IDEX Consulting is seeking a Wealth Manager for its Norwich office to manage and grow a portfolio of private clients, delivering bespoke wealth management solutions and building lasting relationships with HNW/UHNW individuals. Collaborate with specialists across investments, planning and lending to provide integrated solutions and exceptional service.

You will develop new business through referrals and networks while ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering wealth management advice to HNW/UHNW clients.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness with ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Solid understanding of investment solutions and wealth services.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with HNW and UHNW clients.
• Understand clients' goals, risk appetite and circumstances to provide tailored advice.
• Conduct regular client reviews and keep portfolios aligned with objectives.
• Develop new business through referrals, networks and introducers.
• Grow assets under management and contribute to the Norwich office's success.
• Collaborate with investments, lending and planning specialists for integrated solutions.
• Deliver proactive client service and maintain ongoing relationship management.
• Ensure all advice complies with FCA regulations and internal governance.
