Job summary

Kleboe Jardine Ltd is seeking an experienced Financial Planner to deliver holistic financial planning advice to private clients, families, and business owners. You will work with a team of paraplanners and support staff to provide retirement, estate, protection, and intergenerational wealth planning.

The role offers hybrid working, a strong client referral flow, and support toward Chartered status with ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (essential).
• Experience as Financial Planner, Wealth Manager or Senior Paraplanner transitioning to advisory.
• Strong understanding of FCA regulations, Consumer Duty and suitability requirements.
• Experience using financial planning and CRM systems such as Voyant, Xplan or similar.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored financial planning advice to new and existing clients.
• Build and maintain trusted long-term client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to grow assets under management and broaden client relationships.
• Ensure advice remains fully compliant with FCA regulations and internal standards.
• Work closely with paraplanning and administration teams to deliver a first-class client experience.
• Maintain professional competence through ongoing CPD and industry development.

• Ambition to progress toward Chartered Financial Planner status would be advantageous.
• Experience using financial planning and CRM systems such as Voyant, Xplan or similar.
