Qualifikationen

• At least 3–5 years’ experience within a Training & Competency role – within Wealth Management, Investment Management or Financial Planning.
• Minimum RQF Level 4 qualified (CISI or CII or equivalent).
• Has been assessed as a competent Supervisor under the SMCR and T&C policies.
• Influential leadership skills and the ability to influence change.
• Excellent communication skills and able to present to large groups.

Aufgaben

• Oversee Front Office Training & Competence activities to ensure quality objectives and best-practice controls.
• Support delivery of business development strategy through ongoing competency activities (observations, 1:1s, coaching, feedback, data analysis).
• Monitor Front Office performance and escalate risks and issues as required.
• Record CPD and develop colleagues through training to improve competence and capability.
• Maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and promote a positive competency development culture.
