Salary: £33,500 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are seeking a Wealth Management Operations Associate to join a high‑performing Operations team supporting Wealth Services. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in banking operations, payments, transfers, transaction processing, or complex customer/client case handling, looking to progress into a specialist Wealth Operations environment.

About the Role

As a Wealth Management Operations Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial activity for high‑value clients. You will work closely with internal operational teams and relationship managers to maintain data accuracy, support transaction workflows, and uphold the highest service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate, process, and execute financial transactions, including payments and transfers.
• Perform daily reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and update client records.
• Maintain accurate account data, documentation, and operational controls.
• Support complex customer and client enquiries, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Wealth Operations teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and operational workflows.
• Uphold compliance, risk controls, and operational standards.
