Job summary

Nub Wealth Management is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join a fast-growing, professional regional team in Warwick. You will support Financial Planners and Paraplanners to deliver compliant, efficient client service across pensions, investments and protection.

Key responsibilities include obtaining provider information, processing new business, running FE Analytics risk profiles, and maintaining accurate client records in the back-office system. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience within an IFA/Financial Planning environment.
• Strong knowledge of pensions and investment products.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• A proactive and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Financial Planners and Paraplanners.
• Support the advice process and ensure clients receive a first-class, efficient and compliant service.
• Obtain provider information (LOAs) and client illustrations.
• Process new business across pensions, investments and protection.
• Submit applications to providers and platforms.
• Run risk profiler results via FE Analytics.
• Assist with research and fund switch reports.
• Prepare client valuation reports and review documentation.
• Process withdrawals and client instructions.
• Maintain accurate client records on the back-office system.
• Liaise with clients and providers to resolve queries.
