The role focuses on providing compliant, client-centered financial advice, analysing client circumstances, and delivering both verbal and documented recommendations in line with best practices. You will ensure adherence to Advice Standards and Consumer Duty, maintain thorough records, and engage in ongoing CPD to sustain professional competence.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Financial Adviser (2+ years).
• Hold SPS (Statement of Professional Standing) by FCA accredited body.
• Adherence to Advice Standards and Consumer Duty policy.

Responsibilities

• Operate to high standards in a client-centric environment, following a standardised advisory process and maintaining records of advice.
• Analyse clients’ circumstances and finances to establish suitable solutions.
• Ensure client outcomes align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide clients with comprehensive verbal and written recommendations in line with best practice.
• Maintain appropriate records in line with record-keeping requirements.
• Ensure ongoing CPD is undertaken and documented to maintain competence.
