Clayton Davies Ltd. a premier wealth management firm in the UK, seeks an experienced Financial Adviser to join the team. You will operate within a client-centric framework, following a standardized advice process and keeping thorough records of advice given.

You will analyse clients’ circumstances to design suitable financial solutions while ensuring outcomes comply with Advice Standards and the Consumer Duty Policy. CPD must be undertaken to maintain competence and high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Client advisory and financial planning experience.
• Strong focus on compliance and meticulous record keeping.
• Ongoing professional development (CPD) and adherence to industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate to high standards in a client-centric environment with a standardised advice process and maintain records of advice.
• Analyse clients’ circumstances and finances to establish suitable solutions for their differing needs.
• Ensure client outcomes adhere to Advice Standards and Consumer Duty Policy.
• Provide clients with comprehensive verbal and documented recommendations aligned with best practice.
• Ensure best practice and positive client outcomes.
• Maintain records in line with record keeping and file quality requirements.
• Undertake CPD to maintain competence in providing advice.
