Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end onboarding for private clients.
• Lead and develop a team of Client Executives.
• Coordinate with custodians and providers for seamless operations.
• Manage client requests and produce accurate reporting.
• Drive process improvements and maintain compliant documentation.
• Respond to adviser queries with clarity and speed.
• Monitor performance metrics and capacity planning.
