Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking a Wealth Management Administrator in Farnham, Surrey. The role provides administrative support to colleagues and clients within a respected Financial Services Practice.

Full training will be given and there are development opportunities within Financial Services. This is a full-time role based in pleasant offices with a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
• Financial Services or IFA experience would be advantageous.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good time-management and planning abilities.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Confidence communicating with clients, colleagues and third parties.
• The ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• A proactive, positive and reliable approach.
• A genuine willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Practice, colleagues and clients.
• Collate and maintain information for reports and portfolio reviews.
• Handle client and provider enquiries and correspondence.
• Liaise with providers and follow up with clients for information and documentation.
• Manage new business submissions through to completion.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Provide proactive support to colleagues and ensure client requirements are dealt with efficiently.
• Assist with general office and administrative duties.
