Schroders Wealth Management is seeking an experienced Content Manager on a maternity cover 12-month FTC in London. You will develop, write and manage high-quality content for clients and colleagues, combining writing, interviewing, planning and editorial judgement to make complex wealth topics accessible.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in internal communications within financial services or regulated environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to translate complex topics into clear content.
• Experience using digital platforms (intranet, Teams, email tools, social media) and AI-driven solutions.
• Analytical mindset; using data and insights to demonstrate impact of communications.
• Ability to build trust with stakeholders and influence at all levels.
• Strong attention to detail; able to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Creative, collaborative and proactive approach; calm under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Identify content opportunities and write/edit articles; maintain a content pipeline.
• Support quarterly private client magazine and annual family office magazine from concept to publication.
• Write and edit online content including thought leadership and event coverage; repurpose material for multi-channel use.
• Develop scripts for videos; write social copy and promote articles and events.
• Respond quickly to geopolitical events with timely commentary across channels.
• Produce and distribute a daily wealth management media review and track editorial opportunities.
