HSBC Holdings plc is seeking a Manager, Wealth Advisory Development to lead the transformation of the Wealth Advisory model. You will connect strategy with front-line execution and platform delivery, coordinating across WPS, Channels, Risk, Finance, COO and Technology to design scalable digital and frontline advisory capabilities.

You will translate priorities into actionable roadmaps, ensure robust governance, and drive outcomes that improve productivity, unit economics and customer outcomes,

Formación

• Large-scale transformation experience from strategy to implementation and measurable outcomes.
• Delivery governance with integrated roadmaps, milestones, risk and OKR tracking.
• Wealth management knowledge including customer needs, regulatory expectations and wealth propositions.
• Experience designing or implementing target operating models and customer journeys across channels.
• Collaboration with digital, technology or platform teams to deliver customer-facing propositions or MVPs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of the Wealth Advisory Strategic Execution programme with alignment to strategy and governance.
• Establish an execution framework covering roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks and reporting cadence.
• Drive end-to-end delivery across WPS, Channels, Risk, Finance, COO and Technology with clear ownership and momentum.
• Redesign the Wealth Advisory model including customer segmentation, eligibility, service coverage and balance of digital vs frontline advice.
• Define target operating models and end-to-end customer journeys across digital and frontline channels to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Partner with Channels and Digital Wealth Platforms to deliver AI-enabled financial planning capabilities.
• Support the launch of a scalable digital and simplified advice MVP with viable economics.
• Identify and resolve blockers, manage interdependencies and provide progress updates to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery focuses on sustainable business outcomes and regulatory direction.
