Ortus PSR Ltd. in Bradford-on-Avon is seeking an IFA Administration Team Leader to manage a 6-person support team and evolve workflows for a growing wealth management practice. The role supports IFA advisers to deliver complex financial planning for HNW and UHNW clients, while maintaining high service standards.

The successful candidate will lead, coach, and develop the team, manage demand, and partner with advisers to ensure smooth back-office operations and client outcomes.

Qualificações

• Experience leading a team as a senior administrator or team leader in financial services.
• Experience as an IFA Administrator or similar support role with client management and compliance needs.
• Desire to build and shape the support function within a growing wealth management firm.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Leading and developing the administration team.
• Managing team performance and workflow, setting expectations, giving feedback and building capability.
• Managing your own caseload and liaising with clients.
• Identify inefficiencies and design better workflows to handle increased complexity and volume.
