Job summary

AECOM Water is seeking a Work Winning Lead to shape and drive bid activities, leading a team of six professionals and influencing major pursuits from $5M to $35M+. Reporting to Strategy & Growth Director for Water, you’ll influence revenue growth and market positioning.

This hybrid UK role partners with senior leaders, Client Account Managers, Capture Managers, Marketing and Delivery Teams to champion data-driven insights, elevate work-winning standards, and deliver best-in-class bid strategies

Qualifications

• Accountable leadership with a proven bid/work winning track record.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans and outcomes.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing work-winning team, ensuring accountability for team projects and outcomes.
• Shape a multi-year pipeline, monitor budgets, ROI, capture rates and other metrics for programme-level improvement.
• Drive CRM (Salesforce) discipline for executive decision making and performance reporting.
• Lead bid reviews, facilitation of workshops, and governance to maximise win rates and ROI.
• Deliver compelling reports and actionable insights to inform business planning and strategy.
• Embed best-practice bidding methods and continuous improvement across capture and bid delivery.
