Job summary

Matchtech is supporting a UK-based water consultancy client, hiring Civil Design Engineers for their Fleet office on a permanent basis with hybrid working. You will design water and wastewater treatment infrastructure, develop drawings with CAD tools, and collaborate with engineers, designers and project managers to deliver compliant solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design & Engineering: Develop civil designs for water and wastewater projects.
• Technical Drawings & Models: Create and maintain drawings and models with CAD tools.
• Project Collaboration: Coordinate with engineers, project managers and clients.
• Compliance & Standards: Adhere to UK water industry regulations (WIMES, DSEAR, BS/EU).
• Site Support: Assist with site inspections and guidance.
• Problem Solving: Develop sustainable, cost-effective engineering solutions.
