Experience & Qualifications

• Service chemist / account management experience with an established Water Treatment company.


• Excellent knowledge of chemicals used for dosing systems.


• Hold a Chemistry degree / qualification.


• Experience in sales / account management role.


• Ability to manage workload efficiently.


• Good IT skills.


• Strong communication skills with colleagues and clients of all levels.

The Role

• Sampling and analysing steam boilers and cooling towers using onsite test kits.


• Liaising with clients professionally, dealing with queries, and providing support throughout the process.


• Closed system sampling, analysis, and dosing.


• Efficiently managing commercial and industrial client accounts.


• Upselling company services to new and existing clients, ensuring sales targets are met.


• Providing clients with quotes for work.


• Providing further training to employees on site.


• Acting as first point of contact for clients and attending meetings when required.


• Producing detailed reports for clients based on findings onsite.
