Job summary

Envirohub, RVT Group’s water treatment division, is growing and seeks a hands-on project coordinator to own customer projects from enquiry to handover. Based in Sheffield, you will work with sales, operations and engineering, lead pre-site meetings and surveys, and write RAMS for all site works.

The role involves planning logistics, coordinating engineers, supporting training and technical help, and occasional site surveying with 2–4 nights away per month.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating water or wastewater projects on construction, utility or industrial sites.
• Practical understanding of how water treatment works on site.
• Experience planning site work, including RAMS, equipment, labour and logistics.
• Good knowledge of site health and safety.
• Clear, organised approach and confidence with customers and engineers.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage every Envirohub order, linking customers with sales, operations and engineering teams.
• Lead pre-site meetings and site surveys, then plan each job step by step.
• Write and oversee RAMS for all Envirohub site works.
• Order and coordinate third-party equipment and labour, and plan logistics with our Transport team.
• Coordinate Envirohub engineers day to day.
• Support live contracts with customer training and technical help.
