Blueprint Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead water/wastewater infrastructure projects from outline design through to handover. You will oversee programme, cost, risk and quality while coordinating engineers, design partners and supply chain in live operational environments.

The role requires a strong electrical engineering background, experience with NEC contracts, and proven stakeholder management.

Formación

• Proven Project Management experience within the water industry.
• Strong electrical engineering background.
• Experience delivering water or wastewater treatment projects.
• Understanding of electrical systems used within treatment facilities.
• Knowledge of instrumentation and control systems.
• Experience working within live operational environments.
• Practical knowledge of NEC contracts.
• Strong programme planning and project controls experience.
• Commercial awareness across budgets, forecasts, risk and change control.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and design partners.
• Good understanding of CDM Regulations and construction health and safety.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects through design, construction, commissioning and handover
• Manage programme, budgets, forecasts, risk and change
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams
• Oversee the integration of electrical systems within project delivery
• Develop integrated design, procurement and commissioning programmes
• Manage construction activities within live operational environments
• Minimise disruption to existing treatment assets
• Coordinate with client teams, operational stakeholders and supply chain partners
• Ensure compliance with CDM, SHEQ and contractual requirements
• Monitor performance against programme, cost and quality objectives
• Support commissioning and successful asset handover
