Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Mechanical / Water Treatment Engineer to service a Westminster government site. The role focuses on mechanical systems, water treatment, plumbing and HVAC, with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance.

You will work on a large site, performing preventative and reactive maintenance, and collaborating with supervision and subcontractors to deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications

• L8 qualification required in plumbing and mechanical engineering.
• Experience with water treatment and mechanical maintenance.
• Full clean driving licence and ability to gain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems, including water, plumbing, AC and pressure systems.
• Provide first-line response to calls, ensuring safe work and compliance with codes of practice.
• Assist with building fabric and electrical systems maintenance as required.
• Collaborate with supervisor and subcontractors to deliver high-quality service.
