Job summary

SER Limited, a leading manufacturer of water treatment solutions, seeks an Internal Sales Executive to drive UK sales from our Buckinghamshire office. You will build relationships with contractors and merchants, promote products by phone, and work with the Regional Account Manager to hit targets.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience, ideally in a technical or B2B environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Confident telephone manner.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to high service standards.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Results-driven with a proactive approach.
• Interest in or knowledge of the water treatment industry.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and merchants across the UK.
• Promote and sell water treatment products via telephone.
• Collaborate with the Regional Account Manager to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Prepare and issue accurate customer quotations.
• Coordinate deliveries for regional orders.
• Handle inbound customer enquiries, offering solutions and support.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate project and account information.
• Participate in training sessions to develop product and technical knowledge.
• Work closely with technical and commercial teams to enhance understanding.
