Job summary

Bennett And Game Recruitment is seeking a Field Service Engineer for water treatment systems, covering the South West of England and potentially other UK sites. The role involves servicing, maintaining, and commissioning water treatment equipment, with travel away from home as required and full expense recovery for time away.

You will work with customers and plant operators, perform on-site analysis, complete reports, and contribute to improving service productivity while upholding health,

Qualifications

• A multi-disciplined electro-mechanical engineer with relevant qualifications.
• Experience in the water treatment industry would be an advantage.
• Experience in field-based service/maintenance roles is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and maintaining water treatment systems at customer sites across the UK.
• Manage direct relationships with customers and plant operatives.
• Analyse and resolve problems on site and via remote support.
• Install and commission plant where qualified.
• Complete service reports and documentation (MS Word).
• Respond to customer needs in line with specifications.
• Assist in service improvement initiatives to boost productivity and profitability.
• Maintain high levels of customer care and adhere to company policies.
