We're currently recruiting on behalf of a leading facilities management provider for a skilled and experienced Water Treatment Engineer to join the engineering team at a high-profile site in Colindale. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a long-term contract delivering critical water hygiene, treatment, and compliance services within a controlled and highly regulated environment.

As the site's dedicated Water Treatment Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of water systems, ensuring full compliance with L8 / ACOP and associated legislation. The role will include routine monitoring, sampling, system flushing, disinfections, and reporting across the site's domestic and closed water systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out temperature monitoring, water sampling, and microbiological testing as per L8 guidance.
• Undertake system flushing, tank inspections, descaling, and disinfections.
• Maintain and service dosing equipment, softeners, and filtration systems.
• Complete PPMs and reactive works across all water systems on-site.
• Accurately record data and maintain compliance logs and asset documentation.
• Provide technical advice and support to the site team regarding water hygiene risks and controls
