Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking an experienced Water Treatment Account Manager to join our Cambridge team and service the M11/A12 corridor. This full-time role offers a GBP45,000 base salary plus commission and a company vehicle or car allowance.

You will manage existing accounts, visit sites, analyze water samples, and provide technical advice to clients and colleagues. Immediate start with genuine long-term career progression.

Qualifications

• Water treatment industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of cooling towers, steam boilers and closed systems.
• Excellent understanding of HSG274, BS2486, BG50 and BS8552.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing customer accounts.
• Build relationships with clients, site personnel and consultants.
• Carry out site visits, service visits and water sampling.
• Deal with microbiological results and recommendations.
• Prepare renewal quotations and costs for additional works.
• Identify opportunities to sell relevant services.
• Provide technical advice and complete day-to-day administration.
• Work closely with the Area Manager to deliver excellent customer service.
