Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in London is seeking a skilled Water Technician to maintain and monitor water systems across our commercial properties, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and client service standards.

You will perform inspections, Legionella risk assessments, and support repairs, coordinating with contractors as needed, while maintaining accurate records and monthly compliance reports.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds qualification in plumbing or water systems management, or equivalent experience.
• Legionella awareness training (BOHS P901 or equivalent) with understanding of ACoP L8 requirements.
• Minimum 3 years experience in commercial water system maintenance.
• Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel across London portfolio.

Responsabilités

• Water System Management: Inspect, test, and maintain water systems including hot and cold water services, cooling towers, and domestic supplies.
• Maintenance and Repairs: Execute planned preventive maintenance for pumps, valves, storage tanks, and distribution systems; respond to callouts and coordinate contractor work.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with Water Regulations and Health and Safety at Work Act; maintain logbooks, test certificates, and reports.
• Client Service: Advise building managers and tenants on water system operations and respond to queries.
