Job summary

JLL in London is seeking a skilled Water Technician to maintain, monitor, and manage water systems across commercial properties, ensuring health and safety compliance and high-quality service.

Essential qualifications include City & Guilds in plumbing or water systems management and Legionella training (BOHS P901) with at least 3 years of experience in commercial water systems maintenance. Travel across London portfolio is expected.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds qualification in plumbing or water systems management.
• Legionella awareness training (BOHS P901) with understanding of ACoP L8 requirements.
• Minimum 3 years experience in commercial water system maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Water System Management: inspect, test, and maintain water systems including hot/cold water, cooling towers, and domestic supplies.
• Maintenance and Repairs: execute planned preventive maintenance for pumps, valves, storage tanks, and distribution systems; respond to emergencies.
• Compliance and Documentation: ensure compliance with Water Fittings Regulations and Health & Safety at Work Act; maintain logbooks and prepare reports.
• Client Service: provide technical guidance to building managers and tenants and support meetings with updates.
