Job summary

JLL Work Place Management in London is looking for a skilled Water Technician to maintain, monitor, and manage water systems across commercial properties. You will conduct inspections, testing, and maintenance, including Legionella risk assessments, to ensure regulatory compliance and client service excellence.

The role requires City & Guilds in plumbing or water systems management and Legionella training, with at least 3 years of experience and a UK driving license.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds qualification in plumbing or water systems management (or equivalent).
• Legionella awareness training (BOHS P901 or equivalent) with understanding of L8 requirements.
• Minimum 3 years experience in commercial water system maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Water system inspection, testing and maintenance including hot/cold water and cooling towers.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate repairs with contractors when needed.
• Ensure compliance with Water Regulations and H&S legislation; maintain logbooks and certificates.
