Anglian Water is seeking a proactive Supply Support Manager to lead frontline teams, drive performance, safety and reliable water delivery across a critical supply area. You will support the leadership of multi‑discipline Works Technicians, champion safety, and help shape capital projects from design through commissioning.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Water Industry preferred.
• Proven leadership within an operational environment.
• Strong risk assessment and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Water Supply Manager in day-to-day performance management.
• Assess risks and make informed operational decisions.
• Prioritise resources to ensure reliable service delivery while upholding safety and quality.
• Provide operational support during incidents and prevent service interruptions.
• Liaise with stakeholders to manage risk and resolve customer queries.
• Coach technicians to maintain compliance with safety and quality expectations.
• Champion safety culture and wellbeing aligned with Safer Every Day.
